Paul the first bug looks like pantilius tunicatus and the bottom one Paul is difficult to tell from the photo but could well be torymus bedeguaris wasp.
Cheers Paul. If it's any help. the wasp was tiny, about 5mm.
The size would be right females are about 2.5-5mm with males slightly smaller up to 4mm but 3mm average.
