Kenfig and Sker today.

leucistic herring gull?

Here are some photo's of the gull that darren coombs found on mynydd ty talwyn today.
Also 2 Red kite 6 buzzard and 16 lapwing.

Massive bill on the gull - more indicative of Glaucous. Also seen 19 Skylark, 17 Stock Dove [MHn]

At last managed to get good views of ross's gull today at aberavon, the bird was resting on the beach before being flushed by a dog walker, then it landed on the sand banks of the river where it remained for about 2 hrs giving great views before being forced off with in-coming tide

Gannet blown inland

This Gannet was found in a lane by a friend of mine waiting for the rspca to come and collect it.

 The rspca finally turned up to collect the bird this am they going to take it to gower bird hospital to weigh it and feed it and hopefully release it when this nasty weather improve's  the sign's are good for a happy outcome.
 It swallowed 2 large mackeral that i filleted
